All events for the Vizient Connections Education Summit will be held at the Wynn and Encore Las Vegas Resorts. Attendees are responsible for making their hotel reservation and for individual hotel expenses and incidentals.

Guest room rates are $239 per night plus 13.38% occupancy tax. Note that a deposit of the first night’s room and tax, approximately $270.98, will be charged immediately. Cancellations must be made by the attendee at least 48 hours prior to arrival for a full refund.
The Wynn/Encore does not provide transportation between the airport and hotels. Travel time from McCarran Airport to the Wynn/Encore is approximately 12-15 minutes.
Vizient member funding eligibility
If you are eligible to receive the two night funding benefit as outlined in the Vizient Member Funding policy, members must book their hotel reservation according to the instructions on this website (also in your registration confirmation email.) Hotel reservations booked through the casino or other third-party agencies, the hotel website or frequent guest program will not be honored or reimbursed by Vizient even if the room rate is less than the contracted Vizient room rate.
A one night deposit is required at the time you book your hotel reservation. Members that are approved to receive the funding benefit will receive a credit at check-out on the same credit card used to pay the deposit.
Please note: Members not booking under the Vizient room block will be charged a $280 fee following the summit. If you are local to Las Vegas and do not need a hotel room or have special circumstances that prevent you from booking within our room block, email the Vizient summit inbox at email@example.com
Why it’s necessary to book through Vizient
Vizient financially guarantees the room block for our conference attendees and will not receive credit for any reservations booked outside of the Vizient block. To confirm funding eligibility we match the conference registration list against the hotel reservation list to confirm members by name. Hotel reservations must be made using the first and last name and the work email used when submitting your conference registration. If a registered attendee qualifies for member funding and we cannot match the conference registration with a hotel reservation, we will be unable to apply the hotel credit and the member will forfeit funding eligibility.
