All events for the Vizient Connections Business Summit will be held at the Wynn Las Vegas Resort. Attendees are responsible for making their hotel reservation and for individual hotel expenses and incidentals.

Book your hotel accommodations at the Wynn Las Vegas or at the connected Encore Las Vegas using the online button below, or by calling (877) 321-9966 and referencing the Vizient Connections Summit room block. Please make your reservation before the cut-off date of February 28 in order to receive the group rate. Hotel reservations are available on a first-come first-served basis.
Guest room rates are $249 per night plus 13.38% occupancy tax. Note that a deposit of the first night’s room and tax, approximately $282.32, will be charged immediately. Cancellations must be made by the attendee at least 48 hours prior to arrival for a full refund.
The Wynn/Encore does not provide transportation between the airport and hotels. Travel time from McCarran Airport to the Wynn/Encore is approximately 12-15 minutes.
NEW - Vizient 2020 Summit Venue Booking Policy
All attendees at the Vizient Connections Summits are required to book rooms under the Vizient room block at the Wynn/Encore as part of your participation in the conference. Vizient has contracted hotel rooms at a discounted rate on your behalf in order to host you at our annual meetings and to keep offering members no registration fee for the Summits. If contracted housing obligations are not met, substantial penalty fees are incurred.
Members and suppliers not booking under the Vizient room block will be charged a $500 fee following the summit. If you are local to Las Vegas and do not need a hotel room or have special circumstances that prevent you from booking within our room block, email the Vizient summit inbox with the subject “Booking Policy Question” at email@example.com.
Remember Vizient only receives credit for rooms booked through the hotel reservation link or made by calling the hotel directly and referencing the Vizient room block. This is how your hotel reservations in our room block will be confirmed.
Individual credit card authorization for incidentals
As part of the Wynn hotel policy, the hotel requires at check in, a pre-authorization of $150 for each night’s stay to cover incidentals. This pre-authorization will take place upon check in (i.e. if you are staying three nights, your card will be pre-authorized for $450 at check in). Please note, if you use a debit card, the pre-authorization will act as a direct withdrawal from your bank account. The funds will be automatically withdrawn from your account and what is not used will be released when you check out.
